Ginsters has progressed from being connoisseurs in the production of traditional handmade Cornish Pasties, to become the nation's well loved brand of food on the move snacks for busy people. Ginsters is totally committed to the South-West and continues to invest in the local area. The bakery in Cornwall has recently undergone a vast expansion programme, now boasting state of the art production facilities, allowing the integration of traditional craft skills with the latest technology.

The investment, however, can only be fully realised with a totally flexible workforce. Following a lengthy period of appraisal, Pacific Staff is delighted to have been appointed the preferred supplier of temporary workers in the three key areas of the bakery - Production, Packing and Hygiene. Our on-site co-ordinator is a key link between what is happening at the Bakery and our office, liaising closely with both the Ginsters' management and our own key account manager.

We are now offering a service that provides both short and long term cover, together with an increasing number of temporary to permanent placements. The partnership thrives because of the consistently open communication channels at all levels and at Pacific Staff we are proud to play a small part in the continued success of a company driven by a traditional, committed and quality culture, gearing itself to enter the challenging markets of the next century.
