all permanent placements at least two previous employer (where
applicable) and two personal references are always taken.
In the case of school or college leavers qualifications are
checked and personality references are taken from the school.
For
all temporary contract workers two references are taken from
previous employers and ongoing checks are always undertaken
to ensure quality control.
Psychometric
analysis is a service that can be provided by our trained
consultants (Thomas International).
Technical
testing, where applicable, will be conducted to the client's
own specifications. We are licensed users of the QWIZ testing
system, applicable to secretarial, data entry and basic health
and hygiene candidates.
